Stephan Richford
Head, U.S. Real Estate
Stephan Richford joined BMO Capital Markets in 2006 and leads the U.S. Real Estate Investment Banking business. He brings extensive experience across all real estate sectors working with public REITs, Non-Listed REITs, private equity sponsors and private real estate operators.
He has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since 1999 and worked on more than $100 billion in real estate advisory and capital markets transactions on behalf of public, institutional, and private clients.
Stephan is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and earned his MBA from the University of Chicago. He is a member of NAREIT, the International Council of Shopping Centers, National Multi-Housing Council and the Pension Real Estate Association. He is a FINRA registered representative of BMO Capital Markets (Series 7, 24 and 63).
