Michael Johns is a Managing Director within BMO Capital Markets’ Food, Consumer & Retail group, based in Chicago and concentrates on industry coverage for North American Retailers. With over 20 years of experience in investment and corporate banking, Michael has raised public and private capital as well as acted as financial advisor for retailers across industry sub-sectors including food & drug, apparel, hardlines and specialty retailers.
Michael has a BA in Finance from the University of Illinois, an MBA from the University of Chicago, and is a CFA Charterholder.
