Contributing to the community is woven into the fabric of our mission and culture. From museums, hospitals and educational institutions to diversity and inclusion groups, humanitarian services and United Way, we strive to be socially responsible agents of lasting change.
Employee Giving
Every year, our employees across North America take part in the BMO Employee Giving Campaign. This campaign is run simultaneously by all of BMO Financial Group’s lines of business and invites employees to make charitable donations to causes that are important to them.
In North America, we partner with United Way to help address immediate needs in the community, while laying foundations for preventative solutions. This year we had an 89% participation rate, with a total of 4.4 million dollars raised.
